99% of all problems can be solved if you use the mobile wallet browser:
Simply open the wallet's mobile app, go to the browser (examples above in the screenshot), enter the address https://app.xbanking.org and go to the website. Then follow the standard steps for placing tokens into staking or liquid pools, according to the steps on the website.

There can be several reasons for this problem. Let's look at the main reasons:
Problem: The wallet window won't openor another wallet is launched.
Reason: You have too many wallets installed in your browser and they are conflicting with each other.
Solution: Disable unused wallets, refresh the page and try connecting again.
Problem: Wallet is connected, but does not run the extension during staking.
Reason: The wallet address is not activated.
Solution: Transfer any number of tokens to your wallet to activate the address. This can happen during token staking of NEAR, SEI and some other tokens.
